#4 Charity
When I first starting working for a non-profit organization, I knew that was the industry I wanted my career to be in. Knowing that my job is directly making an impact for a good cause made me love the work I do. There's such gratification in it and I'm thankful that I get to do what I do. If you've ever volunteered for a place that you truly loved and felt like what you're doing was a contribution, that's how I feel when I come to work each day. Sure, there's times when I have rough work days. No matter what your job, everyone has those. However, what brings me back is thinking about the very people whose lives I'm helping to improve. And those people are worth the rough days.
